Affordable mouthguard

I have been using these almost a year. They are an affordable option if you bite down in your sleep or grind teeth. If you suffer from gag reflex this is for you. If is not as cumbersome as many other larger products and does help. Make sure you keep it clean to avoid irritation to any gum area. I tried stretching the usage; cleaning with dish soap then a hydrogen peroxide soak. I had developed a gum irritation like abscess. Its best to just follow their directions of discarding after 3 uses. i have not had any trouble with that.
