Poor fitting
I am of average size, so is my daughter and next door neighbor. The band was so short that it cannot be worn with any comfort. Even with small refund it was a poor value.

OK but confusing
Just too much confusion about whether or not resistors are needed. First told yes, so got resistors, then tole no not really needed. Haven't disassembled the tail lights, again, to see if they will work without resistors.
