Good Quality Workmanship
Rubber spray hose does the job adequately. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because it is a bit unwieldy. I don't need the hose to extend too far so it is a little awkward to use. For washing a pet I imagine it would be ideal.

Where's the Download for the Warranty?
I purchased Sqare Trade for a computer and received a link to download the warranty for my records. For the TV purchase It's been over two weeks since I received my purchase and it took SquareTrade until two days ago to thank me for my purchase, but where is the link?
Also SquareTrade did not handle my request to fix my lousy computer well at all. After weeks of inquires and different aswers as to what was the status, I finally press them to contact the manufacturer for the part needed, and that I would continue to call them on a weekly basis until my issue was resolved. That got their attetntion. Today I receive a call my new computer is not repairable and they will send a check for the amount of the computer.. They knew for days this was the case, and no one contacted me. In other words one hand did not know waht the other hand was doing. I asked for a confirmation email about the replacement check, said they would send one. I expect to recevie the email soon, very soon and a check in the mail without further delay. This had been going on since February! The one good thing I can say is that they were very quick getting back to me each time I initiated a request about the status. Otherwise they need to seriously work on their operation and communication within their departments. Professionalsim was spotty. Some agents knew what they were doing, others didn't. Substandard traiining is my guess for that.
Conclusion: SquareTrade is inconsistent ini the way they deliver service, and now I may have to contact them about getting a link to download the warranty for my TV purchase. Unless they get their act together, you may run into problems if you need to use their protetion plan.

Good Product
I've bought this product several times. I wouldn't call it easy to apply, according to their instructions. But you can go on YouTube and see several different ways of accomplishing the task, one of which is super easy. The shield makes for easier use of your phone; the touch glides off your fingers.
