Must have
1 of 1 found this helpful First pedal I ever bought in 1986. Sold that one to a friend in the early 90s and he still has it and uses it regularly. I'm glad he has it because if I had sold it to a stranger I would kick myself. I bought two on eBay but the first one is mod'd and I honestly don't like it. (Still usable) I've been running a stereo guitar rig since 1987 (thanks to the ce3) and professionally since 1994. In the beginning it was partly because I had two small amps instead of one big one. (Necessity) now just try to get me to show up to a gig with only one amp. I would say use it only with one amp (that's where it sounds sterile and tinny) but please keep using it mono I like being the only one with incredible tone haha. Ps. Another quick tip. You're welcome. When running two amps turn down the distortion.

Good mic
2 of 2 found this helpful Used this mic that I intended as a backup last night. Our keyboard player was having difficulties with a REAL shure mic. I offered this "57 copy" and she used it. After the gig she said "thanks you saved me". The metal casing feels the same as a 57 the only difference o can see is that the capsule doesn't spin like the numerous 57s I've owned in the past for 7-10 times the cost.

Good enough
Not the best quality. But good for the price. I think these would be best suited for stands that were set up on a semipermanent basis. I don’t think they’d stand up to sustained repeated set up. The hardware doesn’t seem massively sturdy. But definitely ok for long term set up. I would buy again for that purpose but not gigging regularly. And that’s what I intend to do. Replace a stand I have at the church gig for one of these.
