Metal handle is great, Tiny rx is great. RF is reliable Sound is good. used professionally
this wireless mic and receiver is great because the handle is metal. i have boxes full of broken plastic wireless mics. the tiny receiver is all you need. the ugly big boxes and rack mounts are inconvenient, and take up a lot of space in a system box. These also eliminate need for another power adapter. The transmission is reliable. These have avoided interference at venues where my other mic sets have had problems. I had a couple of these that where too "breathy" sensitive to picking up breathing. I put the foam wind screen on and they were perfect. Later I picked up some replacement mic capsules generic @$5.00 and swapped out them out they sound as good as any other wireless set. The tiny size makes it easy to mount into a 4 mic portable system. I modify the receiver by removing the 1/4" plug and replacing it with 3.5 mm jack. (don't try this unless you are a technician). The metal shell for the Rx i drill and tap a hole for a mounting screw for installation. Don't let the budget price fool you

good medium size mixer mid sweep is most important feature
any mixer is real transparent to the sound mostly. controls volume. the difference with this
mixer is the midrange on the mic channels. a lot of other mixers out there to compare, but they do not have the tunable mid. For mics you cut the mid about half way, then when the when the performer sings, turn the frequency to cut the area that subtracts from their sound. can turn the mid frequency to see where the voice pops out. The mid compact size is good without having to have 16 un-used channels. Some would not like the mixer for lack of built-in effects. We have an old reliable lexicon rack mounted effects in line with aux send, then we return it on the stereo channel. set the effects to AUX post fader. Good idea to cut all of the LOW eq out of the reverb return the channel inserts are good for a quad compressor (rack) for the first 4 mic channels

Replacement part for old Yamaha subwoofer system
had a nice Yamaha system with 2 little speakers and a woofer for computer. About 15 watts.
It had died, just making a pulsating noise when plugged in. diagnosing I found that the voltages were ok, and the amplifier chip was warm. Figured it was too nice to throw away, iI ordered these amplifier chip and replaced it. It was an easy extraction because it''s a single sided PC board. touched up some solder on the power jack and all worked well, sounds good. An inexpensive repair for a nice little computer speaker system.
