If you want a hard, heavy aggressive sound that does not break the bank, these are the ticket.

I bought an inexpensive LTD guitar for 90 bucks used and these pick ups radically changed and improved the sound. I play it though a Marshall code 50 and it sounds great to me. I read a couple of reviews that the clean sound on these is not good but that has not been my experience. These pups are definitely designed to deliver a hard heavy sound. And they do.
