Loud as heck

Reasonably lightweight; minimal controls on rear, with no Master Volume, 1 button rudimentary equalization, and Mix Out, that's it. But this thing is LOUD enough to make it worth the price.

Bluetooth problem

I just bought my 2nd one of these in August and definitely like the power, sound quality, and portability, but after one success it now will no longer connect via Bluetooth to any of my 3 laptops, after an hour of trying. Each time I tried, my laptop screen indicated there was a connection, but there was none. Tried the older one again as well, which I have never needed to use Bluetooth with, with similar results. It, too, had connected readily the very first time I tried, right after I bought it, but won't now. Contacted Alto, but after verifying I had done everything correctly, they had no answer, suggested I return it at their shipping expense for a replacement, but given my two bad experiences, I have no confidence that new ones would perform any better, and it would cost me a lot for packaging. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had/solved this problem. In the meantime, I can only recommend that you not purchase this if Bluetooth capability is important to you. Otherwise it is a good product.
