Great little gadget

Customer services great I can't really review the helicopter as I did not get a chance to fly it.
1 of 1 found this helpful The helicopter turned on and functioned but not properly. I could not get any negative pitch in the blades. I spoke with the technician and we went through everything and still could not resolve the problem. Also the main blades one Was longer than the other the hole location that was drilled in the one blade was 1.3 mm off-center from the other blade which made the blade longer.All iin all looks like a nice helicopter. I had to send it back for them to replace but unfortunately they're out of stock and I will not see one for almost a month.

0 of 2 found this helpful Unit is very quiet. Seems to work well I have no issues with it. It is USB so it does run a little slow.
I wish the unit had a light on it to indicate whether it was on or off or being used. Unit shuts on and off automatically when not being used. So I suppose for the money it's a good deal.
