BT 4600 Dect Phones (2 handsets)

Bought the BT 4600 Dect Phones (2 handsets) for my elderly mother-in-law because she is very hair of hearing. The handsets are excellent with large buttons and the volume is pretty good and my mother-in-law is really delighted as she can actually hear us and hold a conversation - something she struggled with her old phone. This also has an answerphone facility and call blocking (both which are useful), but for a 93 year old, completely unnecessary as she struggles just to answer and end calls. That said, this is an excellent Dect phone - the call quality is very clear.

Excellent quality, versatile lens - lightweight and almost silent

I am new to digital photography but was looking for a lightweight, high quality lens. I spent some time reading reviews about this and the previous version and decided to go for this even though it was almost twice the cost. The first thing you notice is that this is extremely lightweight and yet despite some of the criticisms of it having plastic rather than a metal connector to the camera, it fits and feels rock solid. I have taken a few photos so far and the results have been really excellent. Of course, I realised when making a decision to purchase that there are limitations with the minimum F stop being F4 but it still takes great photos and can be held without the need for a tripod for most shots because of its excellent image stabilisation. Another thing is that this is an STM lens which means it is almost silent and if you take movies, you don't notice any noise when zooming. All in all, a really excellent and versatile lens .

Upgraded from iPhone X - like the slightly larger screen, improved camera and battery capacity. This is an excellent device let down by the fact it doesn’t have 5G but in every other respect, am very pleased.
