FYI-ignore 94.7% feedback. We have earned l00% feedback for TWENTY-ONE years on eBay. We received one unjust, hostile negative by a buyer with 3 feedbacks, who we did everything to please, besides jump through hoops. RESULT? eBay lowered our score to 95.7%. After being offline, yet selling one item to a buyer during the interim, who left us a POSITIVE feedback, eBay has opted to LOWER our score to 94.7%. We have protested, to no avail, since we have no explanation whatsoever why our store feels unjustly castigated. We sell with INTEGRITY ALWAYS, & you can read our posted feedback to see that truth.
