Sturdy but unstable.
I purchased this ladder to replace the metal A-frame ladder that came with our Intex pool, which was starting to get wobbly. Also the hard, narrow rungs were rough on our bare feet. This ladder features 5" wide rungs made of pliable plastic which were much easier on our feet. It was also rated for 300 lb (I'm a big guy). Unfortunately, when I got the ladder assembled it was very wobbly, more so than the ladder we were replacing, and getting in and out of the pool was a scary adventure each time. We knew we had to either stabilize the ladder or return it. My wife hit upon the brainstorm of lashing the ladder to the pool's metal frame. This worked great and we now enjoy both stability and comfort when entering and exiting the pool. But without this home-brewed enhancement the ladder would be extremely treacherous at best. I could not recommend it as is.

Better than TuboTax!
I've used H&R Block's tax software for years because it is thorough and very easy to use. The interview covers everything and uses very clear and unambiguous language. I tried TurboTax one year just to see what I was missing. Not only was it considerably more expensive but there were 2 parts of the interview that left me scratching my head because of the confusing way the question was worded. This left me feeling very unsettled. I never had this experience with H&R Block.

3 Cheers for Planet Earth!
This amazing DVD series will have your mouth agape with every scene. The cinematography is incredible and the content is mesmerizing. I frequently found myself asking, "How did they get this shot?" Thankfully every disc ends with a "making of" featurette that answers all your questions and more. I teach junior high science and my kids love this series as much as I do. It's a real winner.
