Difficult to install, but worth it!
Very well engineered and made. Equally as difficult to install if you do not have a better than average skill set. I was surprised the instructions were so limited and frankly the online instructional videos were helpful but not complete enough for the average homeowner. But boy does it work well once it’s in!

Disappointing USA Plato Modeling Tool Side Cutter
1 of 1 found this helpful Cutters are of a very poor quality! The cutting edges are not evenly machined and actually have a gap when closed. You typically see this in cheaply made foreign hand tools let alone in what should be precision tolerance modelers tools. I was lured in by the picture in the listing but it is not representative of what I received.

Product stinks literally!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to replace my same previous unit that lasted for nearly 30 years. The new model has better suction BUT it gives off a strong odor of burning ABS plastic once it warms up. The various attachments do not fit snugly, and the longer (nice!) length cord is stiff like an inexpensive commercial extension cord. Hoover could do a lot better than this!
