Yes, but...
3 of 3 found this helpful Works well. Instructions are few. Attached screw-on tube works well, but only once. Then you have to throw it away. I saw not a word about that.

Great, but how do you slip it on
People hear me well. I hear them well. It's quite hard to position properly. There must be a trick that I have yet to learn.

Great, but ...
Works great in all regards except that about once every 5 uses, it throws off a bristle or two. The bristle can get lodged in the teeth somewhere. It can be hard to find or dislodge, but it usually gets washed out by a good rinse. This happens right in the beginning when brand new and all the way through the life of the brush.
