Best after shower leave in conditioner.
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been using this product, at the suggestion of my hair stylist, for years. Having naturally curly/wavy hair, it keeps my hair in great condition. I spray it on after I lightly towel dry my hair after a shower and brush it into my hair. It had a light, non sticky application. .
