Consistently great coffee at the touch of a button
1 of 1 found this helpful Quality product, brews great coffee, expresso and cappucino. The machine display prompts when more coffee or water are required and also for cleaning actions. Cleaning steps are minimal when only making coffee or expresso. Using milk requires more cleaning, but this is expected and valued to ensure a clean and fresh cup every time. The LCD display is helpful and well designed. The instruction manual good stand a bit of improvement for clarity; e.g. to explain when to rinse vs. clean and to explain the internal workings of the machine cleaning cycle as well as more detailed power usage specs. I had to call customer support to get some questions answered, just for my own curiosity. But, this in no way detracts from the performance of the machine which is excellent. This machine has replaced my drip coffee maker, but I still keep a Keurig unit handy for times when I want to serve decaf coffee or a flavored coffee.
