When I thought speakers couldn't get any better

I bought these speakers just after Christmas 2016, to replace an outstanding pair of KEF IQ5SE floorstanders. My listening room needed a bit more oumph, and I didn't like the idea of saturating the sound with a boomy subwoofer. I took a long drive to pick these beauties up, and when I got them home, I attached them to a powerful 150W but modestly affordable Denon AVR-3802. I wasn't disappointed. Still had the incredible detail and speed of the KEF speakers, but with that reputable warm Linn sound and a weighty low-end. Just the ticket. I found myself re-discovering my music collection after buying these speakers. Well worth the enormous price tag and, considering how rare these speakers are, a great investment for the future. Sound quality and build at it's best.
