Not consistently detected by phone
Tried it with an iPhone X. It generally works, but sometimes the phone does not properly detect it when plugged in, and uses the internal mic instead. Sound quality adequate for the price.

Works!
This is a simple TENS machine that delivers electrical pulses of the configured duration, frequency, and power. It's like a nice massage that masks pain successfully and it worked for me and my wife - it actually provides great temporary relief for pain in nerves and muscles.
