Great but not so perfect
Item was bought to repleace factory speakers in 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.
the basket around the outside edge in the rear seems to be just a bit too large to be and exact replacement. Yet I did get the speakers to fit into the front doors I just did not screw them down fully tight.
As for the sound from these speakers they seem to do the job
I wouldn't really try to push them hard.
I think a lot of the quality of the sound has to do with the radio that these are playing on.
Yet considering I wanted to have new out the box speakers in my doors.
These will do the job perfectly.
I have two amps in the rear and did not plan to drive these with the amps.
I turn the amps off and use these as my normal play speakers.
You can't go wrong with these for the price.
Since they are covered by the door panel no one will notice what these look like
I never used the covers that came with them either.
Nice looking speakers - no one will know you went cheap.
