Upgrade works but beef up your rod box!
If you upgrade your Bowflex Power Pro to 410 lb you must secure the back of your rod box. It will fail otherwise. I built a wood box from 1x4 boards and 3/8 inch plywood. It stops the back of rod box from bending downward. See pic before adding 410 lb upgrade. Works well!
