Best quality
The best "O" type HEPA bags. These bags are sturdy and the quality of the material used for all layers is obvious, especially when comparing with "compatible" bags of this type.

Disappointed
The sound quality of this is fairly good. The earbuds that come with it are lower than average quality - plan on purchasing a pair that is comfortable, as the ones supplied with the unit are not.
I like the Sony Walkman media players, but this is the 2nd unit that has "fried" when disconnecting from the USB port. The documentation says not to disconnect when files are being written to the unit, but you can't disconnect this unit with the computer ON. The 1st one fried when I disconnected the unit just after booting up the computer. I figured, OK, my mistake. I bought a new one. The 2nd one fried when I had it connected to a laptop that was in sleep mode (had been on the charger for 12 hours, and the laptop wasn't logged in or open at the time). I pressed a button on the Sony to make sure I didn't get the "don't disconnect" message that displays, and with the laptop lid down, disconnected the player from the USB cable. Fried the Sony. I'm replacing it with a MUCH cheaper Coby, as I can't afford to lay out $100 for a new Sony every couple months. (I have sucessfully charged the Sony unit without incident before - what I learned from this is to not disconnect the unit with the computer powered on at all.) The quality of the unit is good besides the earbuds and the lack of ability to disconnect with power to the computer.

Good product

Using this 3 times a week, lightly for face has worked out well with little noticeable redness or soreness. Would recommend for anyone wanting home dermabrasion - however, would suggest you know IN DETAIL what the limits are to using the device (length of time, number of times per day/week, settings).
