I'm not sure what these pills do
After researching these pills I thought they would suppress my appetite and make me feel full. They don't. I haven't noticed any positive effects while taking these pills.

Didn't work for me at all
14 of 19 found this helpful These pills had good reviews and was compared to prescription Phentermine so I bought them when I ran out of my prescription. They are nothing like phentermine. These pills did not suppress my appetite even a little. They did not give me any energy at all. The only positive thing about the pills is that it did improve my mood, but I want a diet pill to lose weight not a pill to improve my mood. The "blue specks" on the pill that mimic phentermine are made of sugar (read the label). In my opinion, these pills are a big fat waste of money and I even gained weight on them.
