Best walking shoe I have found
These are a terrific leather shoe with an adequate sole so that I make them my walking shoes every day for my 2 mile walk exercise. They last a long time, fit well, and feel great.

Not a cure, but keeps nail problem under control
This doesn't cure my husband's nail problem as maybe it does for some people, but by applying it every morning it does keep the growth down so that he doesn't have to have the doctor file it off. So that is definitely an advantage.
