Cleaner now useable thanks to inexpensive replacement motor.
I found it very easy to refit and couldn't see any difference between the replacement motor and the former faulty one. It performs exactly as one would hope and now the Dyson cleaner is once more useable and at a cost half that of the local repair shop to order. Another task of my list thanks to eBay.
