Tight on Ears and plastic easily bent

When I received the headset in the mail it was bent in an odd shape due to how it was shaped in the box. I have kept trying to shape it into a better shape since receiving but so far it has not been comfortable to wear for a long period of time. Find that it is tight on my ears. Otherwise the sound is good and the battery is lasting through multiple meetings in a day.
