Super quite bathroom / utility room fan
I had purchased a Panasonic bathroom fan in the past, so I knew what I was getting into. The model I received was perfect for a small laundry utility room (approximately 8' X 6' feet). Strongly recommend you go to your home improvement store to purchase these items in advance to make the installation a little quicker: metallic insulation tape, a duct reducer (from a 4" to a 3" adapter), 3/8" strain relief adapter for the 15 amp electrical house wiring. a preset electronic shut-off timer, and (maybe) a piece of scrap wood 1"X12" to secure to a rafter if the existing fan motor is a VERY small or cheap model (the last thing you want is new model to crash through the drywall from the ceiling as it's not secured to anything sturdy).
Installation is time consuming for a beginner, but not too difficult - it's only three wires (white / black / green/ground). Don't be an idiot by not shutting off the circuit-breaker to the line you are working on when attempting this task- 15 amps of electrical power is MORE than enough to kill you. There's plenty of how-to YouTube installation videos on the process - I won't bore you. Give yourself 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours if you're a novice at electrical work. Get a shop vac to clean up the mess - it will be messy from falling attic insulation and drywall residue.
Do STRONGLY recommend getting an electronic shut-off timer - the fan is EXTREMELY quite and its easy to forget you've left it on. Overall - a top line fan, but it's SUPER quite - do recommend getting a timer so you don't forget to turn off the fan when its not needed.

Kinect adapter for XBox One S
The good - I can now use my Kinect from my old Xbox One on my newer One S system, so now I don't have to loose functionality on a few of my games. Also, it helps with logging into the system.
The bad - An overly complex adapter. Wish it was a one-piece instead of a two-piece adapter. Also, the cabling is a bit long - ended up having to use some zip ties to compensate for the extra length.
Overall - Not bad, only I wish the One S system had extra USB ports, and the adapter was a single piece instead of a two-piece adapter kit.
