Excellent Bang for the Buck...
Very sharp at all apertures; decent focal length for non-traditional macro shooting. The build quality is good (but not like a Voightlander or Zeiss). This older lens design does not use "OS" or image stabilization technology. Overall it is a fine macro lens for many applications.

Not perfect, but what can you do?
1 of 2 found this helpful The Metabones T Smart Adapter Mark IV- Canon EF/EF-S Mount Lens to Sony MB_EF-E-BT4 works well with many Canon EF lenses as well as other lenses with the EF mount. Focus can be slow, however, so I often switch to manual focus and use the A7Rii focus peaking feature to get my shot... This is not a good adapter (are there any?) for action or birding, however; for portraits, landscapes, and for stills, the adapter works well.

Poor Quality; Intermittent operation; not recommended
My copy of this charger may have been defective, though the overall quality and operation of was unsatisfactory.... For instance, the LCD panel rarely indicated charge accurately, and sometimes not at all. I was hoping to find a solution to quickly charge two batteries at once, and I did -- once I decided to use two separate OEM chargers instead of this kludgy and awkward solution.
