Really Good Information
This book is really what I need right now in my life. It explains the process of how your body reacts to the foods you eat. It made the "light bulb go on." Now I understand that all calories are not the same as we take them into our bodies. It now makes sense how I can work out really hard 45 minutes a day every day and still not lose an ounce. I have a really bad sweet tooth and it has been my downfall. Now I can tackle that issue and hopefully lose the weight I've been trying to lose for 10 years. Sugar and carbs in excess really are "the enemy." Its a tough subject - not the most interesting thing you could read, but still necessary for me at this point in my life.

It was interesting - I loved Walter Mathieu, whose name was different than Mathieu in the credits.
The older movies are something else to watch. They're a riot.

The movie is absolutely wonderful - especially the opening song. Its a riot.
Father Goose is my very favorite Cary Grant movie. My son loves it and my daughter said that movie is where she really started to like Cary Grant. Its absolutely darling.
