Poor quality product
My cats broke the elastic string twice the first couple of days. Finally, they tore the bird off just by batting at it. Also, the hanger kept coming off the door frame.

Didn't work for me
I've used it many times and have seen no difference at all in my complexion.

Picture on box is much brighter than the actual puzzle.
0 of 1 found this helpful The puzzle image is like a faded version of the picture on the box and, as a result, putting the puzzle together was way more difficult than it needed to be. Example: There are very clearly two ice angels on the box picture. In the puzzle, you can hardly make them out--even their trumpets are almost indistinguishable.
I have always loved Ravensburger puzzles. The pieces are totally interlocking and are thick enough to handle with ease, but the best part is the matte finish that prevents some of the glare from your light source, and I wish more companies would use this type of finish. However, I'm very disappointed in this puzzle.
