2 of 4 found this helpful Bought this nailer 3 weeks ago. The nailer I received has had issues. It won't always fire. I am working with Paslode to come to a resolution. I sent out for a repair once already and it came back with the same reliability issue. They said there was nothing wrong with it. After contacting them again, I am sending it out tomorrow for the second time. If they repair or replace with a brand new one they can save some respect in my book and I may end up liking this product after all. At this point it has been pretty disappointing but I will try to update this comment it they can resolve this issue. Other than that, the size, weight, and balance is great. When it does fire it's awesome. Plastic feels a bit cheap and the seam on the handle opens and moves a bit. I considered wrapping the grip in grip tape or electrical tape to help take the flex out of it. I wish I had just bought this tool from Home Depot so I could return it or exchange it without having to deal with paslode service and tech support. If they can get me a nailer that works I would rate it a 4 star. It may have been a 5 star if it wasn't for all the hassle I've had so far.
