Big Bag of High-Purity Citric Acid Powder
High-quality, highly pure, food-grade citric acid. Anhydrous powder, no clumping, pours and flows easily. Perfect for any kitchen job one might imagine. I love citric acid as a less volatile, easier-handling, and better-smelling replacement for vinegar in almost any application, but especially for cleaning off scale in water boilers and other vessels. A much better deal than buying lots of the small bottles, which are often hard to locate in stores. Great for making acidic vegetable washes, too.
