Saved the washer
Direct drive washing machines don't need belts, but the plastic coupling can break, making a load noise while the machine stops rotating. This coupling was relatively easy to install. It helps to use a 6" clamp to squeeze the motor closer allowing the spring clips to engage without special tools. Machine has been working fine for 2 weeks now.

Not good
Cable were not round, but flat. 1 out of the 5 still works. 4 of them stopped working. Don't make the mistake I made.☹

Great upgrade for Lenovo T430
1 of 1 found this helpful Item fits and works well. This enables a very long usage on my Lenovo T430. It sticks out the back due to the extra cells, but I like the way it feels when carrying the machine. The charge time estimate by the computer was over 7 hours while using the default power settings, and may improve with proper usage. The item arrived quickly and I am very satisfied with this purchase.
