Excellent Marriage / Pre-Marital Book ! Deep Content.

Hold Me Tight describes most of our need for continued "Bonding" in adulthood, and the biggest place we should get that - in our marriages. She has many very good exercises to help couples work through the topics. This should be Mandatory in Pre-Marital Counseling, and is excellent to improve good marriages, and help struggling marriages. Best used in conjunction with a counselor using "Attachment Theory".

Very Good - Hard to Charge

Words very well. It actually transmits well thru, or around, walls! If my phone's upstairs & I go out of the room, down the stairs & into another room I still have a very good connection. Problems I had - the plug in cord MAGNETIC charger did NOT connect well so would NOT charge! I had to put a rubber band around it to get it to charge - which defeats the whole purpose of the Magnetic. Also, for some reason whenever I turned it on it automatically connected to my Spotify acct. I likely could find some setting to change? Unfortunately I already Lost mine!

Excellent Marriage Book

Much more comprehensive and better than most 'Self-Help' & Christian marriage books. Good discussion points and exercises. I would recommend using it in conjunction with "His Needs, Her Needs" (much better than "5 Love Languages") and "Hold Me Tight" by Sue Johnson. Trust me - I'm a doctor !
