Good value drill set
For the cost, this drill set, complete with steel case, is a bargain. For the jobbing DIY'er I'd say you can't go wrong, but check your electric drill has a 13mm chuck to enable you to use all the sizes included.

Made chopping onions and veg a breeze..
I was pleasantly surprised by the Mini Chopper as I removed it from the box.. It's chunky and solid that gave me confidence in it's construction and longevity. I tied it on a pair of standard size onions the same day and I can honestly report it has changed my life for the better regarding finely chopped onions. It was so quick and easy. Washing it afterwards was a breeze. It does the same excellent job with other veg as well. Highly recommended and I'd buy another if it was lost/stolen.

Something different (for a change)
Saw the MAX28ALU some time ago. I thought if my microwave goes wrong I would put this on my short list for a replacement. Sure enough, three months later my microwave did take early retirement. I went round all the usual sites to look for a new oven, but none looked as nice as the MAX. It did all I needed in terms of power and versatility. It really looks cool and works very well. It has a retro feel about it and I love the black exterior. Very solid construction, but not overly weighty to lift or carry. It's smaller than the run of the mill microwave, but it still takes the same size dishes as my previous larger oven.The controls are a little different to what you might be used to on a microwave, but, they work well, and it's just a case of getting used to the layout.There is nothing I dislike about the MAX except that when it finishes cooking, the beeper goes, but the turntable keeps going round until you hit the off button. This is on a timer and does stop it's self after about 60 seconds however. I just think the design is so 'now' and the functions are comprehensive and all work 100%.
