Saved my back
1 of 1 found this helpful Great quality. Keeps my back feeling great. Without this inversion table I would be hopelessly in pain all the time. I have a bulged lower disc. Keeps me off pain killers and muscle relaxers. I use it in the morning before work and when I get home along with a few yoga stretches. Routine takes less that 4 minutes and it keeps my back feeling great.
