    Item was exactly as described, my only “complaint” was that the packaging was poor. Thankfully the cologne didn’t break. It was wrapped in plastic in case of that which was a nice touch. I just would have wished there was some padding just in case. In light of that, I’m happy with my purchase. Shipping was fast and value was good. Thank you.

    What arrived was not the product that was advertised. When I contacted seller, they promptly apologized and offered to send the correct item, free of charge. They didn't. When I followed up a week later, they again promised to send the correct item, and again they didn't. I followed up one more time to ask for a refund and I heard nothing back. I paid $40 for shampoo and conditioner that I don't want and won't use. I would not use this seller.
