Very important to keep the filter as fresh as the oil and this product has never failed me

Disappointed
My son used them and suggested I try them so nearly 2 weeks in and taking 2 before workout and 2 after but as far as I can see I have had absolutely no gains in any way from them.
I have read and watched some reviews and they suggested if any benefits from them it could be a raised sexual stimulant but again
Not for me so if they do it for you then good job but for me I’m back to improving my diet

Works great
I have used silkolene chain lubes for last 5 years and as long as the chain is cleaned then warmed up before application and then preferably left over night to settle in . No problem at all it works great.
