The voice heard from the recipient side is too metallic, sharp and 20%+ in & out
The voice heard from the recipient side is too metallic, sharp and 20%+ in & out. The product cannot be used to make a phone call. It does work to listen to music. However, I need a bluetooth for a phone call. I am not sure if I can return the product. If I cannot return it, it would be a waste of money buying this product.

It works perfect for my need.
I have several of this models and they all work great.
The only question I have is that when I received the product, it didn't have the plastic cover to show that it is a new product. I did purchase directly from plugable and it came with the plastic cover. However, their price is high. The price I paid here is very reasonable and the product works great.
