WAYY TOO SLOW shipping
This is among the longest times I’ve ever had to wait for a part. No explanation….. just a heck of a long time to wait for it.

so far so good, but time will tell
As mentioned, time will tell, but for now, I can tell the time on the clock that one of these batteries brought back to life again.
cant' beat the price for the number of pieces. I only needed one, so we'll see how long it lasts

Good for Mount
Apparently due to the size of the socket and overall depth of the lens itself, the ONLY type of bulb that fits in there is one with a small base and therefore low wattage. The supplied 5w / 10w bulb is way too dim for being safe for road use and I could tell no difference between the two intensities of light. In other words, I would not trust it to signal the fact that I'm trying to stop while the regular tail-light is on.
I hunted around for a suitable LED bulb, but those are hard to find with the offset mounting nubs and as "dual filament"
Bottom line is that it was inexpensive and for me and is produced in a way that allowed me to mount a different aftermarket (aluminum) tail light with LED's and despite the stock lighting being useless in my opinion, it was worth it for the well made mounting system, which was easily modified to mount my good quality cafe racer light. It obviously accepts a license plate the way it should. The frame is universally mountable and while it is a respectable gauge of metal and likely powder-coated, the portion where the light mounts, if necessary, could still be bent to compensate for mounting angles so the light points straight back. The light I added was by Biltwell. Super nice quality!!
