Lacks detailed wiring instructions BUT for those wondering what red wire gets connected to which blue wire on the controller, here is the answer from the engineers at VEVOR:
The three blue wires are connected to the three red wires of the wind turbine output at will, regardless of the phase sequence.
So it doesn't matter which red wire is connected to which blue wire.
The wind turbine generator works just fine, doing what it is supposed to do and keeping the batteries charged.
