Unfortunately the zip does not lock so comes apart as you try to zip
Cheap and easy to use but the zip does not lock in place so falls apart when you pull it. Therefore does not do the job it was bought for. Sometimes you can hold the body of it so the teeth of the zip get pulled together but the zip comes off and you have to start again by trying to put it on again.
The delivery and speed of delivery was great, so can't fault the seller, just the product.

Excellent for body hair!! (but not for facial stubble)
2 of 2 found this helpful For body hair: after 3mins some of the hair was coming off with the spatula but after 6mins it all came off with no resistance.
Using it instead of shaving: do not use for facial stubble because it just softens it and then makes it harder to shave. It does not matter how long it stays on the hair does not come off and you end up with sore red skin from the cream damaging the outside layer (which all hair removal creams do if left on for too long).

Best to use hot water on the skin first to open the pours to get good results, continuously put on & pull off to stop redness (like a love-bit)staying
