Great processor, needs bios update
2 of 2 found this helpful the performance is above expectations. since marketshare dictates most sites games etc be intel bias it was a pleasant surprise to see such great performance from the red team. with that being said, it should be made clear that most motherboards need a bios update to use the new 2nd gen ryzen. Amd will send an update kit for free with an older processor to update the motherboard bios. I recieved mine and had to do some serious googling to find out why my new motherboard wouldn't even post with this processor. now that is is properly updated and installed the performance was definitely worth the wait and the build was way above expectations in every catagory
