Same as one sold for $75!
I just replaced one on my 2005 XB. It was a real pain as the sun was going down as I started but I’ll buy this one and do it on the weekend and as long as you take your time and your patience it’s not that difficult. They work just fine and depending on your usage they should last for a while. Either way, if you bought seven of these it would cost you the same as buying one at AutoZone. I’m reviewing this before I purchase this one because I’ve had these before. Just a quick note! We could watch a YouTube video and learn how to do this but if you just take your new one and match it up to the old one it’s pretty self-explanatory. I’m not sure of the size of The ratchet keys but you only need one and a torque bit and a Phillips head. Of course you’ll have to remove the door panel as well and be careful of the knob that’s visible for opening and closing the door because it’s connected to a plastic clip that holds it in place. Have fun!

Flimsy at best!
I ordered this to install a two Din stereo in my car. The Single Dim pocket is a pretty good quality. But the rest is garbage! I’m not even gonna take an hour off work to go bring this to the post office. This is the most cheaply made installation bracket I’ve ever seen in my life.

So Far, So Good!
This is Without a Doubt, “THE BEST COMPRESSOR” that you will find for your 1st Generation Scion XB. My Mechanic “Who is Honest and Trustworthy” told me it was refurbished professionally and anything that would go wrong with it would just be one of those things that happen. I turned it on and I’ve been using it for the past two days now and there are NO PROBLEMS and the air is nice and cold. All the other components on my air conditioner are questionable but that has nothing to do with this unit. I may replace them eventually in the upcoming months if that is something I need to do. That’s just the way I do things. As far as this compressor is concerned, if you have an older Scion,- “in my case, A 2005 XB then this is DEFINITELY the way to go!
I look at a car like a human body! If you take care of it, everything is as good as it’s going to be and things still happen. I’m pretty happy with this compressor as of right now! I definitely would NOT recommend Choosing any of those aftermarket companies that don’t sell the actual DENSO AC Compressor which is the OE Manufacturer for most of my Vehicles Components. BUY THIS ONE! 🤔✌️
