Works, sort of

I anticipated the fire cube to act more like a remote controller. It does and it doesn't. Changing channels is a challenge, accessing the guide on Tivo is impossible. If you know the exact program name you want it usually finds it - but if you're like me I don't always know the full name of the program. Sometimes if you know the exact name it will find something that is like it even though it is located in a streaming service I subscribe to.

Google Home Mini rules the day.

I'm a fan of Google Home Minis. I have several around the house and they work well providing the background noise (TV) is too loud. The 2nd generation mini seems to have a slightly better microphone - more sensitive.
