Genuine GE Filter

If you have a refrigerator that requires this filter then you already know that these are tagged with a RFID and that's the reason you cannot find cheaper 3rd party filters. Still, $38 for one filter isn't all that bad. I've seen the price as high as $60, so I was more than happy to grab this one while I could. I'm happy to report that this is a genuine GE filter and that it works perfectly with our fridge. This filter in particular is one of the easiest to install and remove that I've ever run across. Most filters require you to twist left or right with the strength of Hercules to get them out. Not this one! Super easy to install, works well, and provides clean water. What more could you ask for?
