Biggest props to Phoenix, who smoothly navigated a difficult situation. I purchased Motor Spider & he sent him on his designated ship day, but the post sent the package back to Phoenix before he could be delivered. I contacted Phoenix, & he was not only quick to update me on the situation, but re-sent Motor Spider to me on his next shipping day at no extra charge. Motor Spider arrived perfectly packed, exactly as pictured. Five stars isn't enough for the honesty and communication Phoenix gave.

AVOID. Dishonest deceptive snake. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these "100% positive" reviews, if not all, were purchased from a phone farm. This guy lied to me about the return address to get me to pay for return shipping when he the seller should have paid per eBay's policy. Upon being questioned, he just ghosted. Haven't heard from him in 5 days. I have the screenshots and receipts. Perfect example of why I hesitate to shop on eBay (I know you're reading this. Don't bother replying now)

Buyers like this are why eBay has gone downhill. Dishonest, manipulative, and downright shameless. They broke an expensive item (which was 100% functional and well-packed when sent), then lied to eBay to force a refund at my expense. And after scamming their way into a free product, they still had the audacity to leave negative feedback. This is the kind of entitled, deceptive behavior that sellers fear.
