Powerful anthology of visionary fiction by BIPOC writers, organizers, activists
This is a powerful anthology of short stories compiled by visionary writers and organizers (Walidah Imarisha and adrienne maree brown), written by people who walk the talk and who cast their gaze toward a future where we all can do right by ourselves and our communities. I can't sing enough praise for this anthology.

Well-packed POWERHOUSE graphic novel series
One of the best graphic novel series I've read, period. Relevant to today's context, cathartic to read. Complex character development and plot lines. I know for myself I'll want to re-read several times.
