I've given a couple of these as gifts. People love them.
2 of 2 found this helpful I've had one of the originals for a couple of years (along with other BT speakers). I come back to this one the most. The softball size is great. I think the sound is fantastic. It's shock proof and waterproof. My kind of speaker. It's very cool that you can synch two of them for full stereo, but only two Wonderboom 2's. You can synch a 1 and a 2 and get great sound out of them, but it's mono, not full stereo.
Anyway, the sound is even better, there are more features... they took a great product and improved it.

Surprisingly good, especially given how inexpensive it was
Given the low price, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tool and how well it worked. I would like to have seen a user's guide included, but it was pretty easy to figure out.

WAY better than the original
Really impressive battery. I played my big Jambox all day at high volume... the battery was still 3/4 full at the end of the day. Way better than the original battery.
Note: you might want to buy a spare T6 screwdriver. The screws in my Jambox were locked in place with Threadlock. The free screwdriver that comes with the battery stripped after just a few screws. Amazon has a T6 bit that snaps onto a 1/4" socket wrench. That worked great.
