Great shoes purchased at even better price = Fanatastic Deal
I got a great price on my lightly used Brooks, which makes them a awesome sauce. The style, fit and finish are great, but I don't run and therefore don't need to spend over a hundred dollars for a comfortable pair of stylish sneakers. They fit just a hair tight, but I like the low-back so I can easily slip on and off once they are broke in good. Shoe laces seem a bit short, or I've got a thick foot, I don't see the same in other shoes. My wife swears by Brooks, I think the pair I got a great, but again I've got a great deal!

Don't Do It, Stick with a B&D for sweeper & trimmer
This combo is weak at best. The string trimmer line got consumed in less than 15 min and flew off on first use. I was able to rewind it with some better quality string, but it can only handle the smallest of sizes, and it can be very difficult to get the string to feed. Also, while the trimmer head can be rotated for edging, edging is the string eater and there is no good way to gauge height, and it tends to blow material all over my legs. String trimmer rating is 1-2. Blower could be get solid, but the suction end gets caught on clothes every time I switch hands and the nozzle is just about useless. I really like the power for an on/off blower, but would be good to have a lower power setting to just move light material. I think the better solution is to put more than 30 min effort into designing the nozzle. Perhaps an angle of attack that is more flat and directional, meaning the nozzle needs to bent away and up, I may try adding my own from an old dirt devil shopvac. Finally, the 4 ah battery I use lasts well, but every time my wife removes it she drops it because she has to press in 2 sides at once (bad design). Overall the blower just blows everything in all directions, so it ranks at maybe a 3-4. Combined this unit is not more than 3, and I recommend not buying it.
