unable to focus
even after you sent me a diagram of how to work it, which I already have nothing works to get a clear focus. I think the inner lens is not set correctly to get the focus to work.

parts breakdown
1 of 1 found this helpful As I have never used one except rental, heavy, I was excited to get to clean the carpet. I used 2/3 to 3/4 of my first tank. All of a sudden the brushes are not moving. I dismantled the belt housing to find out that the belt had stretched so far that the tentioner was not taking up the slack. I called the toll-free number and I should get another belt in a few days.
