Item was not new!

I bought the monitor set cause it said it was new. When i finally recieved the monitor set it found out it was used! The parental unit screen has scratches on it, the cameras didnt have the protective film on it and i noticed scratches on them, the parental unit also had two other cameras saved on to it which means it was used. I cant even pair the cameras at all. Not even to my hubble account and not even to the parental unit! The cameras are not even the original cameras to the parental unit!
